Lymphatic Cleansing Tonic

Cut one organic lemon in quarters, which includes the rind and seeds, put in blender.

Add 1 ½ cup of orange juice or fruit juice or water. (I use 1 fresh squeezed organic orange with added water to make the 1 ½ cup required.

Optional: Add 1 Tbsp of cold pressed Extra Virgin Olive Oil. (I add this to mine)

Blend at high speed for two minutes

Pour juice through a strainer and discard pulp. The remaining juice may be taken in all at once or divided into 2 or 3 portions throughout the day. Make fresh daily and consume all in the same day. Discard what is not used the day it is made.

The whole lemon drink can quickly bring tangible benefits to the user that can improve the quality of their lives.

Warming Winter Curry

WARMING WINTER CURRY

1 can full fat coconut milk
1 large sweet potato cut into bite size chunks
2 cups chopped kale
1 medium onion
1 teaspoon coriander
1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds. Roast cumin seeds in a dry skillet.  This only takes a minute or two.  Be careful not to burn them. Set them aside after roasting. If you do not have cumin seeds, use powdered cumin and obviously, don’t roast the powder!
1/2 to 1 teaspoon Real Salt or sea salt
1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon cayenne

In a medium pot, add coconut milk plus one can of water.  Add all other ingredients except for the kale.  Cook for 5 minutes, then add the kale and simmer until veggies are tender.  Serve over brown rice.

Ginger Tonic Smoothie

½ C full fat coconut milk
½ C almond milk
2 tsp. fresh grated ginger
2tsp. tumeric powder
2 tsp sweetener of choice: coconut sugar, honey, etc.
½ C ice
Blend well and enjoy!

Easy and Effective Tonic to Boost Your Thyroid Function Almost Immediately

Ingredients
– 1 cup unsweetened 100% pure cranberry juice
– 7 cups water
– 1/4 tsp ground organic ginger
– 1/2 tsp ground raw, organic cinnamon
– 3/4 Cup freshly squeezed orange juice

Directions
Mix everything together and consume daily.

Olive Oil – Lemon Juice Drink

OLIVE OIL – LEMON JUICE DRINK

Made by blending the following ingredients:

1 whole lemon, (pulp, rind, seeds and all)
1½ Cups distilled water
1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
4 rounded Tbsps. frozen orange juice concentrate

This blend is then strained through a wire strainer to remove the pulp.
The remaining liquid is divided in four equal portions of approximately 1/4 cup each and a portion is consumed with each of the three daily meals and before bedtime.

– In addition to stimulating lymphatic flow, the drink increases the flow of bile from the liver and gallbladder – which, in turn, enhances one’s ability to digest essential fatty acids through the Peyer’s patches in the small intestine. It is not uncommon for AIDS patients to experience weight gain and a reversal of a long list of complaints often associated with fatty acid deficiencies.

I would suggest for all mothers that are considering using formula in place of their natural milk to at least consider breast feeding for the first 24 hours so your baby can receive the benefit from the colostrum that gives your baby your natural immunities.
