Mental and emotional health greatly affects physical health. We have an epidemic of depression among our young people in our technological era of smart phones and ipads.  They’re reality is replaced by virtual anonymous relationships with entities known or unknown to them.   Positive human contact is being replaced by artificial intelligent technology.  Attention spans are reduced to 3 sec bytes.  Parents attend school board meetings and make sure there are controls and usage limited to actual curriculum assignments. Do not give young teens unlimited access and especially young children. Real world communication must return to our society for the health of our children.
